By uploading content to the service, you grant Pocket Origins a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, and process your content for the purposes of providing and improving the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Pocket Origins is not responsible for any user-generated content.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF POCKET ORIGINS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER, IF ANY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Pocket Origins reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may, but are not required to, delete your account data following termination.
